Çikolata güneş ışığına doğrudan maruz bırakılmamalıdır. 15-20 °C arasında saklanmalıdır. Kakao Nibli Çikolata vegandır.

In order for your returns to be initiated, you must inform info@www.candleandfriends.com with the reason for the return. After informing about your return request via e-mail, you can send the product(s) unused and with undamaged packaging, unopened gelatin with the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi cargo) with counter payment. Costs of cargo sent through a different cargo company are reflected. After checking the conformity of your product(s) to the exchange conditions, the status of the change process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 business days. The exchange and return of burned, used, gelatin / unpackaged and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) products are not available.
