After you uncap your bottle, insert the sticks into it. Allow 24-48 hours for the sticks to absorb the scent and spread throughout the room. Remember, good things take time! Turn the sticks over once a week to maintain scent intensity. You can increase or decrease the number of sticks according to the scent intensity you want. Our room fragrances provide a lasting fragrance to your spaces for 4-6 weeks on avarage thanks to special rattan sticks and high quality fragrance oils. This duration may vary depending on room temperature, humidity conditions and the number of reed diffuser sticks introduced.

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You can return or change the products you ordered within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person / organization at the address you indicate, provided that they have not been used. In order for your returns to be initiated, you must inform info@www.candleandfriends.com with the reason for the return. After informing about your return request via e-mail, you can send the product(s) unused and with undamaged packaging, unopened gelatin with the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi cargo) with counter payment. Costs of cargo sent through a different cargo company are reflected. After checking the conformity of your product(s) to the exchange conditions, the status of the change process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 business days. The exchange and return of burned, used, gelatin / unpackaged and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) products are not available.
