To minimize waste and increase durability, our reusable bags are assembled from one continuous piece of recycled nylon material, with the neck of the bag used to construct the carrying pouch.
Starting with Baggu's Spring 2022 collection, all of Baggu's ripstop nylon styles are now made with 100% recycled nylon filament yarn (up from 40% recycled before). This 100% recycled nylon yarn is produced from pre-consumer waste, which saves scrap material from being landfilled — meaning every Standard Baggu is now made entirely from nylon that would otherwise go to a landfill. This also conserves petroleum resources, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
Standard Baggu packaging is made from FSC-certified 100% recycled paper stock, with non-plastic eco-friendly coatings that are fully recyclable. The mailers we use to ship our orders are made in the US from 100% recycled paper and are fully recyclable.
Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You can return or change the products you ordered within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person / organization at the address you indicate, provided that they have not been used. In order for your returns to be initiated, you must inform info@www.candleandfriends.com with the reason for the return. After informing about your return request via e-mail, you can send the product(s) unused and with undamaged packaging, unopened gelatin with the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi cargo) with counter payment. Costs of cargo sent through a different cargo company are reflected. After checking the conformity of your product(s) to the exchange conditions, the status of the change process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 business days. The exchange and return of burned, used, gelatin / unpackaged and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) products are not available.
