Candles need love too! To care for your candles, the first time you burn your candle, let it burn for 2-3 hours until the entire surface has melted to prevent tunneling. Don’t forget wax has ‘memory’ so it will follow the first burn. Trim the candle’s wick to 5-6 mm after or before every burn session. Do not place on flammable surfaces or surround flammable surfaces. Only light your candle on heat-resistant surfaces. When only 1-1.5 cm of wax remains, it's time to let your candle go. Never leave your burning candle alone.

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You can return or change the products you ordered within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person / organization at the address you indicate, provided that they have not been used. In order for your returns to be initiated, you must inform info@www.candleandfriends.com with the reason for the return. After informing about your return request via e-mail, you can send the product(s) unused and with undamaged packaging, unopened gelatin with the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi cargo) with counter payment. Costs of cargo sent through a different cargo company are reflected. After checking the conformity of your product(s) to the exchange conditions, the status of the change process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1-3 business days. The exchange and return of burned, used, gelatin / unpackaged and damaged (torn, crushed, etc.) products are not available.
